Toby has a severe bacterial skin infection causing the massive hair loss. As you can also see, he has not been fed properly. He will need to put on 35 pounds. Toby is in need of a lot of urgent care! We are hopeful that his recovery will only take a few months.

Neo is  2 years old; he was found walking down the street after being shot several times. Neo has also severe mange throughout his body. He has also been food deprived and is starving. Neo is in need of a lot of urgent care, so he can live!
